A Weekend of Wagging Tails: Microchipping and Agility Tests at Coweta County Fairgrounds

The Newnan Kennel Club is set to host its 3rd Annual Dog Microchipping Event on Saturday, March 16, 2024, offering a vital service for pet owners from 8 AM to 2 PM at the Coweta Co Fairgrounds . At this event, dog owners have the opportunity to microchip their pets for $20 per chip, a small price for the added security and peace of mind. Importantly, the proceeds from this event will support the "Shop with a Cop" program, making it a win-win for the community and local law enforcement.

To ensure the safety and smooth handling of pets, the organizers have stipulated that all dogs must be either on a leash or in a carrier during the event.
